The inaugural Industry Minds Awards launched in September 2019 in London's West End. The ceremony celebrated the anniversary of Industry Minds by recognising those furthering mental health support in the arts, being the first award ceremony in history to recognise mental health organisations. 

The evening was sponsored by The Piano Works West End, Apollo Artist Management, Base Studios, Bumble Bizz, Theataccounts and Still Point Space.

Judges and Presenters included - Rosalie Craig, Arlene Phillips, Denise Welch, Stephen Mear, Tyrone Huntley, Paul Taylor-Mills and Broadway World.
